123-Reg Changing the DNS information 1. Log in to your 123-Reg control panel. 2. Scroll down to 'Manage Domains'. 3. Choose the domain name from the drop down box and then click on 'Modify Domain'. 4. Click on 'Manage DNS'. 5. Scroll down to where it says 'A, CNAME and TXT records'. 6. Change the drop down boxes under 'Type' to be CNAME. 7. Under 'Content' type in the following exactly (including the full stop at the end): ghs.google.com. 8. Click the 'Update DNS' button just below that. Once the DNS has taken effect then you will need to go back to blogger and set up the domain name there. 9. Log in to your Blogger account. 10. Click on the 'Settings Tab' and then click on 'Publishing' just under the tabs. 11. Click 'Custom Domain' where it says 'Switch to: Custom Domain (Point your own registered domain name to your blog)'. 12. Do NOT put your domain name in the box. Instead click on 'Switch to Advanced Settings' where it says: Already own a domain name? 13. Under Advanced Settings, put your domain name in the box and then click the 'Save Settings' button. It will then say at the top: Settings Were Saved Successfully That's it! It could take 24-48 hours for DNS settings to take effect.
